I accept payment thru PayPal. I ship by the second business day after payment is received. I visit my shop every day. (Please don't be concerned if my blog is not up-to-date. I stay so busy, I sometimes don't have time to say anything about needlework.)
I do collect sales tax for Pennsylvania buyers: Philadelphia County residents pay 8%; Allegheny County residents pay 7%; all other Pennsylvania residents pay 6%. PA Dept of Revenue requires this tax to be collected on total charge which includes shipping. The sales tax will appear on your invoice.
I offer buyer-friendly shipping discounts for multiple purchases on the same order:
For USA buyers in the continental US, shipping charges are $2.50 for one item, $3.75 for two items, and $5.00 for three or more items. Three or more items ship with USPS Priority Mail, otherwise I use USPS First Class Mail.
For international buyers, I can ship up to 3 magazines (or five non-magazine items) for $14.00 with International Priority mail.
Satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, I will refund full price and two-way shipping costs upon return of the item.

Where is Pugcentric Pursuits located?
I live in a quiet corner of Southwestern Pennsylvania. Between work, gardening and household chores, I enjoy needlework, making jewelry, and reading. I especially enjoy miniature crochet. I sell my needlework, jewelry and also lots of needlework and craft magazines that I have accumulated over the years. Please note that I live in a smoke-free home.
